Hosted by the CINCINNATI AND HAMILTON COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY, This panel discussion, held Dec. 12, 2020, brought together writers and publishing professionals who offered their perspectives on how to bring a book to publication and successfully share it with the world. Panelists spoke to their experiences finding a literary agent, writing a book proposal and working with publishers. The discussion explored costs related to self-publishing and the freedom it allows, what to expect of an editor, the importance of marketing and publicity, and how authors build an audience for their books.
